Spam from Jegs!
I thought this morning as I checked my email that I get an awful lot of spam from Jegs. I haven't ordered from them in awhile The biggest purchase I made was for about $300 for an engine hoist. I've bought plenty of parts from Summit as well, but I don't get email from them very often. Anyone else get 5+ emails from Jegs every week too? I don't know how it was for JC Whitney and I've never ordered from Speedway. Let us know what you think!

Yup, they've ramped it up. It must be the new owners trying to drum up business as it circles the drain.

They started going south several years ago when they started drop shipping everything from the manufacturer. That led to unpredictable shipping times.
Summit still hits next day for me, usually.

Actually the Jegs stuff is more junk email than spam. Spam will really screw your computer up. My email got hacked yesterday. I got most of it fixed and changed my password but now all my incoming emails go direct to my trash file. It is a big PIA.

I suppose the emails aren't spam, it's just their next offer or discount. I get Jegs emails most often and I get some emails from O'Reilly's, Gigaparts and Ham Radio Outlet. Usually I just delete them before even opening them. At least I'm not getting junk emails from those morally objectionable websites...

I have a phantom email that I use for online ordering. I check it until the part arrives then I go into it and unsubscribe or just ignore it. That keeps the junk spam out of my daily use email accounts.
Unsubscribe as soon as you see the email.
As for Harbor Junk when they ask for your email at the cash register tell them to SUCK A LEMON.
