There's this subsect of the hobby called Drag and Drive, for those unfamiliar. You can trailer your ride to the host track, but it becomes off limits at the beginning of the driver's meeting first thing Monday morning. After that, you'd better be prepared to race everyday for the next 5 days, driving to the next track, after making a successful pass. That's your average, week long event. Recently, Sick the Mag put on an event called Death Week through the desert southwest covering 2000ish miles over 9 or 10 days. A certain mid 9 second, 67 442 made the cover of the quarterly. BTR built the engine in that car. There is video of it on Youtube on Tom Baileys channel(Tom puts on the Sick Week races)
