I am in the process of installing new covers on my seat belt retractors and was wondering if anybody else had done this and what procedure they used .I have one of mine apart and see how it all works and I think I have it figured out. The main thing is getting the plastic "do not remove? tension spring cap off with out breaking it. I was able to do that and I have an idea how to get the spring tightened back up ok. The one issue is getting the semi circular spring tensioner that holds the belt to the plastic splined inner piece back on. Just curious if anybody has done this and what procedure they used.
