Rosedale olds sign
Just happened to come across this while looking for something else on Yahoo.
We had several Oldsmobiles from Rosedale - my Dad knew the sales people there. Apparently they had good prices, as my Dad always found the best deal! It started with my Grandfathers 1950 Super 88, which I inherited in 1955. Tricked that one up with triple carb set-up, dual pipes, DSM ignition, and, after the transmission couldn't handle the additional power - built it up with a kit from Hydrostick.
Dad had a 1951 98 hardtop. Hydraulic windows and all. He tricked that up with dual carbs and pipes. That was followed with a 1955 88 which had a misaligned frame, so they made him a deal on a 1956 88. That was followed by a 1960 88. After that, he bought a Pontiac station wagon - don't know why, I was in Seattle.
I do remember the place well - not that this helps you any.
