Anyone wanting to resurrect Oldsmobile would now have to purchase the rights from Nissan...yes, Nissan. Idk what they plan on doing with them, but they now own them. I realize I'm late to this party, but I couldn't help dropping that knowledge and please forgive me if that has already been addressed in this thread.

I don't have a link, but I do remember hearing of it from a news source and I about cried, lol. I took some solace in the fact by telling myself that I was "kinda" working on an Oldsmobile when I was helping my kid with his Altima. It's one of those things that seems so crazy, it's gotta be true. I'll post my source when I remember exactly what it was...it took me a while to not feel sick about it, so I tried to disremember hearing of it at the time. If anyone can tell me "it ain't so", please do so, cause I'm still not over it. Happy Motorin', Duncan.
