Restoring OEM wire harnesses

Been busy overhauling all of my wiring harnesses, rewired the engine harness taking out the DVS, and for a internal voltage regulator, and electric choke. rewrapped and looks like new. Found a way to clean up all the terminals, its CLR its works amazingly good. After 30 min all of the black tarnish is gone. If you take them out of the connector housings and wire brush them up they look like new again.
I bought the tools and the terminals and connector bodies for those that are broken. I spent a little over $200.00 for the tool, terminals, connectors, and a few feet of wire that was needed. But at the cost of non OEM crap and what you have after you spend a little time on your stock harnesses, it is most rewarding. The return on my investment has been priceless, and if I have any problems I have the tools and parts to fix it right.

Yeah, it's always better making the old stuff look new again.
Can you post where you bought the tools and connectors from?

Between these two web sites, you can get the tool from American auto wire or electrical depot. Connectors and terminals are lower priced at electrical depot, terminals are zinc plated copper.

I've bought Packard 56 terminals from a number of vendors. I've found the ones sold by American Auto Wire to be the closest to OEM for both thickness and fit in the connector bodies. They crimp very nicely when you use the correct crimping jaws.
