replacement floor pans

Are all A body floor pans the same? Or is there a preferred vendor for Olds pans? My son's 67 will need floor pans and with Pate swap coming up, he is going to buy Chevelle pans unless there is something better.

Far as I know yes, as long as they are for the same body style. Here's a link for 67 cutlass floor panels; they don't cost much https://c2cfabrication.com/store/ind...sort=4a&page=6

I bought the drivers side half ind the passenger rear patch from them. They are only 1 hr from me, so I saved shipping. The panels were pretty decent.

Bought some full length pans for all body styles 64-67 Chevelles today. The damn things are too short by about 3 inches. Guess all A body pans are not the same. The salesman told us all A body GM's use the same pans, WRONG. Any body want to buy them?

You sure they are wrong? Trunk pans are longer but my experience floors are the same. You sure they are just not short but design? A/M sheet metal rarely replaces every part of the panel.

Can you post a pic showing the layout in the car with the replacement panel?

I bought my floor panels form C2C and the full length panel for the drivers side was actually longer. We trimed it down and welded it in.

I was basing my comment on the trunk pans. Maybe the full floor pans are good, really hope so. The trunk pans will definitely not work without adding 3 inches some where. The C2C website shows the same part number for cutlass and chevelle for the full floor pans.

You will find that same part number is the same for many different companies. My floor pan sections that I bought from C2C had Sherman & Assoc stickers on them. I checked thier web site and sure enough they were the same, but more expensive??

You need trunk floor for GTO / Cutlass.
