Question Removing Route Tail Lamp Wires

Well...Since I have an issue with the engine....I have lots of time left over to start cleaning and working on rust!!

Anyways, am trying to drop the rear bumper-I think all I need is to remove four large bolts from brackets attached to frame and that's it...but...I first need to know how to get the two route tail lamp wires "out". They appear to be held inside a push-through ruibber gromet(four wire set)...Do I just disconnect them fron main harness link (clips) and push that baby through? It appears to be in one piece. I need to make sure all the wires that need disconnected are before dropping bumper are so. Anybody??? Thanks! Got my assembly book...It is helping...

Route Tail Lamp Wires

Thanks...I know your serious about that, but the main one (4 wires to back lights)-can I get it to go down through the whole?! It really should go down as these wires to the back of the light sections are impossible to get to...I guess I could pinch with plyers...Advises this Banker, please. Thanks

Just push it through then take the bumper off . You wont have a problem getting at the wires then right ????
