Rear seat insulation installation.

Rear seat insulation installation.

When looking in the truck of a 68 442 at the rear seat back should you see the gray insulation or the black cardboard.

Black cardboard. Heres a shot of a restored 68 with a year one replacement. I think the OEM was a textured cardboard light brown color?

The originals were the light brown textured cardboard, but the black looks just as good and, as I recall, the black cardboard replacements are a bit more sturdier than the original textured cardboard.
