rear bumper repair 1964 Dynamic 88

The rear bumper is rusting in the usual spots. I'm in central Massachusetts (but I'm not afraid to travel) and I need a shop that can repair and chrome the bumper. It's a little twisted too, so I'd love to have it straightened as well. Does anyone have a suggestion?
I hope you can see he rust in this picture
I hope you can see the rust in this picture, and I think you can see the left side is slightly bent.

While a badly rusted bumper like that could be repaired by a good welder.
It may be easier (and cheaper) to have a good western core re-chromed.
Expect to pay between $1,000 to $1,500 when you find one for sale.

Avoid the bumper boys, their reviews are not good.

The problem is that good cores for these cars are nearly non-existent. The design of the mounting, with the pockets on the backside to hide the fasteners, guarantees that they will rust out there.
