Doesn't look like a fly-by-night company but appearances can be deceiving. That being said, the amount of work they say they include in a restoration is not something that can be accomplished in a single afternoon. I have worked for several high end stereo shops that included repair services and one repair shop that included installation services. It takes a great deal of care to bring an old radio back to life. And that is just with the factory components. The level of repair described in the Joe's website is very extensive. Not sure if it is worth the amount of money they are asking, but I'm sure that is how they include that 5 year warranty. Keep after him, I'm sure he will get back to you eventually.

thanks for your reply cjsdad with my last e-mail I finally got and email and a phone call. my concerns with the radio repair started to build up when I got no responds after two e-mails in a two week span. and no ph. number to contact anyone. the owner called me last night and all is good so far. thanks again for your concern and reply's.
