In my 1969 Cutlass S is a 455ci Engine. The engine came out of a 1973 Delta 88. I just bought new headers for the engine. I am going to buy a new 2.50in exhaust system for the cutlass. My question is will the headers and exhaust line up? or for that matter what troubles will I have putting the headers for a 73 Delta 88 in a 69 Cutlass? Should I have ordered the headers for a 1969 422 455ci engine?

Since we have no idea of the brand of headers or the brand of exhaust pipes you bought, we can't intelligently comment on whether or not they fit. Expect to have to do SOME trimming and welding for a good fit. The 1971-76 full size cars typically use the same headers as the 68-77 A-body cars, so you should be OK.
