Power Steering Return Line Hose Clamp
Is there a special tool for squeezing the OEM type clamps for the return line hose as pictured below?

Looks like an oetiker clamp. If so, then yes, there is a tool for crimping them.

You should be able to use:

Knipex Ear Clamp Pliers

I was able to carefully use wire side cutters. I was able to reach the clamp from the side and crimped the clamp twice from opposite sides. Worked out OK.

I expect old-style CV boot clamp tools would work OK. I use the side-cutter method when I have to. I generally avoid that style of clamp in favor of the screw-tightening Oetikers if I can.
