is there a conversion kit from manual to power for a 1967 442 thanks

I have never seen a conversion kit, you will need to piece it together with factory parts. the power steering pump mounts high by the valve cover for 67 so that's is what you want to look for.

When these cars were new, there actually was a dealer-installed PS kit available through the parts network. Today you'll just need to assemble the parts from a donor car. I suggest a quicker ratio steering box. The 66-67 pump brackets are not the same as those on the 68-up cars, so look for a correct donor. You'll need two-groove pulleys for the crank and water pump also.
