Posting pictures

How do I post pictures of my 67 build? Please keep it simple as I am still trying to program my VCR. Thanks!

Just press the "Insert Image" button () and follow the directions in the window that opens.

That link is no longer accurate, Eric - they changed the photo posting system.

Yes, but my point is that you no longer have to click "Go Advanced" and go through a bunch of rigamarole - now you can just click the Image icon and a screen pops up with all the options that you need.

I would rave about this and say it's an improvement, but I've had it reject online photo links, which were perfectly valid, so, in my mind, the jury's still out.

But if you want upload pics from your pc you still need to go to advanced and click on the paper clip.

I find it easier to do it the way I have been forever. Get an account at imageshack.com and load them up to that site. Copy and paste them into CO. Works for me although I admit it was puzzling at first. Now it's easy!

Z11375....thanks for MCACN pics. great show.

Just a note of caution though, you should delete the personal information pics before posting from imageshack (DL, etc.) Been scammed myself before.

Wow! Thanks! I just went through them and found that license/FOID pic. Holy smokes, I may be in trouble already. Thanks for the catch.

67 Build Pictures

When I try to post pictures, I get a security code violation notice. Also how do you preview file before posting.

Haven't tried Imageshack.
I'm sure it's fine, just never used it.
Got used to Photobucket.
It also was a bit of a pain in the a$$ at first,
but, it's pretty easy to set up a slide show
once you've downloaded your pics.
Then just copy the link into your post.
The Photobucket slide shows are actually pretty nice.

67Rocket, if you're interested, I'd be glad to walk you through setting it up.
In fact, if you'd like to see an example, the link below
is to a slide show I did for one of my projects:

I too use photbucket for some photos, see links below. You can also copy and paste the url directly on a post.
