Trying to list this NOS air cleaner tube for sale and I’m getting conflicting information on what its application is. GM parts wiki listed for 69 and 70 455 and 73 and 74 455s but the parts place listed for 68 through 72. Any help would be appreciated thanks
Brandon - Check the last line of the first page of the GMpartswiki page you posted it also lists that part applicable to the 1971 455 cid and the ninth line of the second page it lists the 1972 455. I think you just missed a couple of lines on the GMpartswiki page but also note it is not listed for 1968 and it is listed for select models.

I don't think that's the case. I'd have to examine the model codes for each of those years since I don't know them from the top of my head e.g. 3600, 4200, 4400, 4800, 5400, 6400, 6600, 6800.
I began with the what I think was the first year for the model series 4200. I think I'm correct on this, IDK. At any rate, it appears GMpartswiki does include more than the large cars - I always thought it did, but you made me question it myself.
Apparently (and it would appear for obvious reasons), someone elected to make more sense of the listings for the engine crankcase ventilation tube. I simply created an image from the .pdf file (URL) link (above). I still see no mention of your part number for 1968.
Vintage Chief thanks for all the info. I think our two sources are pretty close.
Wiki says 69 and 70 big cars, 71 Vista cruisers and big cars, 72 big cars, and 73/74 all 455
your parts manual says 69 big car, 70 all 455 excluding tornado, 71 Vista cruiser and big car, 72 big car, and 73/74 all 455.
So in conclusion based off of wiki it really wasn’t used in any cutlass or 442, only the 71 Vista cruiser, until 73 and 74 if you had a cutlass or a 442 with a 455.
Your source is basically the same info with the exception of possibly being used on a 70 455 cutlass or 442.
do you agree?
if so I think it’s kind of weird at the parts place listed as 68 to 72 Cutlass and 442
