Playing with digital crayons

I've been making some larger pics for some of the guys on the Challenger board. Here's one I made for Allan R:

supergirlmerged.jpg

If you would like me to make one for you, I need a very good, hi-res picture of your car. A plain background makes my job easier, but is not required. Here's one of the ones I made for a Challenger owner, and you can see how much better it is with a hi-res picture.

They really need to be sharper and more hi-res than that.

Those are really nice! I love that picture of Wolfman Jack in the background of Wolfies pic!! Really cool! I liked him! I wouldn't want a girl in front of my car though, unless it was me! LOL! Merry Christmas!

Jon - I am amazed at your creativity. I am almost thinking I ned a better looking picture. What are the size / resolution requirements?

The picture should be taken with at least a 3 megapixel camera, and should be 3000 pixels on it's shortest side. I've used some pictures that have been less than that, but it doesn't turn out as well. They need to be very clear and in focus, and it makes my job a lot easier if the car is against a plain background, no vegetation. gearheads78's car is a great shot, not only from the perspective, but because it is very clear.

Now I want a fun sig that shows I like girls too!

Hey Sandy, how about Burt Reynolds on your hood, you know the famous pic from playgirl, turnabout is fair play.
Imagine his bare Burt butt on your hood for real.
Nothing against pretty woman but it's starting to look like a gas station's back room in here.

I'll make one with my favorite female celebrity, Lassie.

Are you sure that's really a girl on Wolfman's sig pic???

There aren't many female Marilyn impersonators around and something smells rotten in Denmark.

They're usually too grainy. If you have a clear one, I'll take a look at it.

LOL!!! I'd rather have the Tom Selleck pic that was in Playgirl many years ago if I have to have any man's bare butt on my car! LOL!!! I think I'll skip that altogether!

I'll put on my red devil costume and wig one of these days and have Nicole take a pic!! See how that looks! LOL

I agree with your last statement!

LOL. Girly pics are a prerequisite.
If you ever need a job in the auto industry, do what I do. When they ask for a resume, hand them your best girly pic and your most beat up wrench.

NICE!! Perfect for with the Battle Cruiser!

None of my pictures fit the 3000 dot lengths (they are more like 2300), so I need to take new ones...

Since you guys haven't given me much to do, I found a couple of Oldsmobiles on the internet and applied my crayons:

I also did one using my Impala SS:

And my wagon:

Jon, You are amazing at what you can do with Photoshop!
SO are all of these girls computer generated? I know some are, but some look too real.
In your above post, the secong was my favorite - I love that spooky scene and that car (and girl) (and background) were just right!
The last one looked like a shot from Mars...
Were you able to use any of the other pics I sent you of Lady? You had used the only one that I thought was the you could NOT use.
Again - great work!

Rob, thanks for the compliments. Some of the models are photos, some are computer generated. The girl in the '48 Olds picture is from a video game. I think I do better with the fantasy type pics.

I picked the shot I used of your car because it had the best lighting and color. The others weren't as white because of the time of day.
