Pictures of your dash.
I want to see pictures of your dash. I am begining with my 65 Olds f-85 Deluxe 4dr. Include some information about your car. Hope everyone will enjoy this thread. I will start a new thread with pictures about something else in a near future. ( hubcap, engine, ??? )
Have a nice day.

Id love to get into restoring 64 and 65s IPs .I have had a lot of inquiries.
Does anyone have a decent core for sale that I could go to School on.
Thanks in advance
Ron

Ive done a bunch of 65s, including the ones that I posted. The dash plates are pot metal, and the 64s are chromed then painted black/silver. I wouldnt want to know the price to chrome one.

64 'post"
Saw the thread, I have these pictures on my thread posted in Major Projects. As you know alot of detail and $$$ can go into these. This is an early 64 "post" base car with a non padded plastic dash. Take a close look I thought 64's had two speed Jet-away automatics!!!!

Plastic dash was standard in the F-85 for 64-65. Not really anything to do with early build. Looks good.

Pic #1 is of my dash prior to last weekend.
Pics #2 through #5 are of the dash last weekend while installing some new gauges from "Classic Instruments" and a housing from Randy on this site. I was going for as stock as possible of a look without having to pay for a Rallye Pack.
I think they came out pretty good. . .

My wheel is a Grant, available almost anywhere--Summit/Jegs/Napa
It has a shallower dish and is smaller than stock wheel so the car feels a little tighter. The original dish is so deep the wheel is in your face.IMO.
