Perry, GA Auto Fest April 2 2011

I took the kids out today to the car show/swap meet and the oldest snapped a few pics, so I've posted a few of them if you'd like to view. There were three Oldsmobile's for sale and the guy with the red '72 442 convert wanted $27,500.00, the guy with the silver '72 Cutlass wanted $16,500.00 and the guy with the '68 98 wanted $6,500.00

Something wasn't quite right with the silver convert, although the hood wasn't up I do believe it had an aftermarket hood although I may be wrong but anyway it was a sweet car and I love the silver paint. Anyway I had a blast and the kids have yet another great memory, just like when I was a kid drooling over all of the sweet rides you don't get to see anymore on the street much.

I was really excited to see that the silver 72 was advertised as having brakes!

I also saw those cars. The red 72 was really nice. Had you looked into the trunk of the silver car you would have seen some rust issues. (A friend saw it and told me.)
The 98 was a three owner car. Looked like a solid car but the paint had a lot of orange peel. There is a Buick, Olds, Pontiac show in Marietta, Ga. 23-24 Apr. that you might be interested in.

I talked to the guy with the red '72 really cool car and he stated that the only reason he's selling it is because he has 11 more and no room in the garage and no desire to build another garage. BOP show? Sweet I think I may have to try to make it up there. Address?

The guy with the 98 told me about the show in Marietta. I searched online for it and can only find last years show. Sorry, I may have mislead you. Still looking for it.
