Patch panels 67 Cutlass
#2
Welcome to the site Danny. The best thing would be factory parts as they would fit better than aftermarket. I had a couple fenders that had nice heels but had been damaged in the front. I've already cut off and sold the heels, but if you could find another member with something like that you would be ahead purchasing them.

Danny,
Welcome to the site. Glad to have you here. As you may have found, the aftermarket patch panels for the 66-67 cars are limited in availability and they all are crappy Chinesium. Everyone sells the same panels that are stamped in one or two off-shore factories. Good used OEM desert sheet metal is by far your best choice unless you only need a couple of small patches. There are no 66-67 repro quarters, just segments over the wheel arch and the lower rear quarter. The front fender panels are the same bottom of the fender behind the wheel opening. I've found that all the repro front fender patches need work to look and fit properly.

Hey, Danny, are you trying to put your black '66 back together? I haven't seen you since '73! Remember telling me that the 66 shroud you knew about would be expensive, and I didn't mind. . .
Then, a month later after I had found #13 I showed you the window sticker. That was the time period when I began hoarding parts for the beloved 66 W30.

Yeah Mike still have it. I'm rounding up all the parts I need to hit it hard, finish it and beat it's brains out in Div. II . In the meantime I'm doing up a nostalgia 67W30 post coupe with automatic. I have a ton of extra parts laying around and need to put them in something. My kid will drive it and run some IHRA and nostalgia races. I'm trying to convince Craig to bring the rig and the Vette up and drop it at the house for a couple months. We have 7 or 8 races close by and it's a quick flight from Atlanta to Richmond, 35 minutes from me. You need to find your "Gitoutabama passport" and come with him some time. You can watch me try and wear that Vette out with his own car LOL !! Not an easy feat, that boy can drive .
