Parts Place Aluminum SS1 Wheels

Has anyone here bought or seen the aluminum Super Stock l style wheels from the Parts Place. They are 15x7 with 4" BS and 4:75 bolt pattern. They are on eBay as a set with caps and lugs for $499.00 plus $99.00 for shipping. I'm considering trying them on my '72 Cutlass Supreme Conv.
I'm very interested in some feedback and opinions on quality and appearance. Thanks in advance, Dave.

You mean these:

I think the only difference is the center cap decal

if they get them from the same place they used to 6-8 years ago, appearance, decent. quality, not so much.

although now that I read the ebay listing, I was referring to the 15" versions of the original style, not these aluminum ones.

Not sure if these are still available but here's a link for some SS1's w/redlines. They look pretty nice.

Yes I have seen them. They have more of a brushed aluminum look if you ask me.

They look close to stock, I would be interested if they were polished to a chrome like finish. It would be a great way to eliminate some weight and improve handling.
