Parts
Welcome to the site. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want.
I am currently restoring a '68 442, and have been predominately using Fusick & The Parts Place. You can either call up Fusick and order a catalog or download one from their website. http://www.fusick.com/ They might be a little higher on their prices, but they more than make up for it with quick shipping and quality service. Plus, they're not that much higher.
The Parts Place has a decent interactive website and you are often able to find parts there that you can't at other sellers. At least this is the case for '68. I have had good experience with ordering with them and they ship promptly.

For brake and fuel lines, I'd go with InlineTube. They're good and have everything that you'll need. www.inlinetube.com
If you need any wiring, I'd definitely go with M&H Electric Fabricators. Allows 3-4 weeks for them to make the harnesses if they don't have them in stock. www.wiringharness.com
If you need body bolt kits, try Mr. G's. http://www.mrgusa.com/ While I would NOT use them for plastic chroming services based on a member's bad experience with them, I called and ordered the kit without problem. If you can find someone else selling complete kits, you might want to use them but I could not.
From people's experience (you can do a search here on the boards), I'd skip using BAP (Brother's), as people have had some difficulties with them, to say the least.
Good luck!
