Original Selling Dealer: B&A Chevrolet, Toronto

I know this may be a longshot...

My 69 W-30 was delivered new in Dec 1968 at B&A Chevrolet (British and American Chevrolet Oldsmobile LTD.) 77 Avenue Road, Toronto, Canada. Does anyone else have documentation that their car was also delivered new at that dealership? Or moreover, does anyone have any information on that dealer?

I checked Google Maps, and the dealership is long gone. It's an apartment building now.

Seeing as your car was originally sold in Canada, you can order a package from Vintage Vehicle Services that will detail how the car was originally ordered from the factory:

https://www.vintagevehicleservices.com

EDIT: That's for the car. As far as the dealer goes, the report will specify the original selling dealer (which you already know), but that's about it. If you're interested in tracing the history of the dealer, all I can say is, Google is your friend.

Thanks for the link, but I already have several copies of the GM of Canada Documentation outlining my cars original build config and options, etc. I've been Googling, and all I was able to find was a picture from the 1930's. Since building in long gone, there's no way to get anymore detail.

According to this, you have the wrong address.

https://www.can1business.com/company...-Olsmobile-Ltd

Looks like that address became a used car dealer and now a Pita shop.

But I could also be wrong trusting the Internet. 😇

Golden Mile on Eglinton is still there but its a Chrysler dealership now, I don't think that helps in any way.
Maybe google Burke Seltz....

Thank you all for the information you've posted. I definitely know the location is correct because I have the business card from the salesman who originally sold the car new. See below. The posts above with the dealership pictures are super cool. Also, I'll need to reach-out to Pormgb.

If anyone else has additional information, please share!!
