Opinions wanted: 1967 Cutlass Supreme

Hi all,
I recently found a very interesting Olds for sale here in Germany. It's a 1967 Cutlass Supreme, which was first registered in Switzerland.
It initially caught my attention because Olds project or parts cars don't come up for sale very often and this one even has some pretty cool options as you can see in the cowl tag.
It's got power windows (not working), power driver seat, remote mirror?, console, front disk brakes, posi (not identified yet) and a speedometer that reads kph and has an adjustable warning buzzer.
I would definately love to buy it, swap all the cool stuff over to my 66 convertible and sell the rest, but I fear that considering the condition of the rest I won't get very much of the money back and I can't afford to just buy it and get nothing back (He wants approximately $4800 for it)
That's why I'd just like to hear some opinions, what you would do, whether for example the power windows would fit my convertible etc. or would you just let it sit there as long as he is not willing to sell it at a more reasonable price?
You can find more pics in this photobucket and a youtube link below: http://s1277.photobucket.com/user/da...?sort=3&page=1

I know that car is much more rare in Europe than in the U.S., but,
I think that is more of a $2500. car than a $4800. one.
At least that would be the case in the U.S.
Also, the power windows would work in the doors of your convertible, but,
the regulators for the quarter windows will not work.
Convertibles, coupes and sedans each use a different quarter window regulator.

It's actually a pretty cool car, perhaps he may take less. Keep trying.

Thanks for your opinions,
the owner turned out to be a total jerk. He wouldn't answer my questions correctly and in the end he decided for himself, that I wasn't really interested in the car, so he won't sell it to me anymore.
At least now I'm not sad I didnt get it.

He may come around in the future, you never know. I don't know what the market is for something like that in your part of the world. It needs a lot of metal work and a complete resto. Very expensive, even if you have talent.
