Olds engine history

In case any of you haven't seen this yet, it's a pretty informative overview of Olds V8s.

I don't have time to elaborate, I'm sure others will.

BTW the history of Oldmobile V-8's starts with the 1916 thru 1922 flathead V-8.

I didn't have to go very far when he said the 371 was the first to use hydraulic lifters and valve train. That was enough.
