Old(s) School Saturday Pictures

Good afternoon,

While surfing the internet I noticed a few sites that have a day called
"ThrowBack Thursday".
During this day people post old pictures of themselves, friends and family.

I thought maybe we can start a similar thread like that - but call ours
"Old(s) School Saturday" - where we can post pictures of our rides from way back in the day.

I start it off by posting a picture of my 68 H/O at West Hampton/Suffolk County Raceway back in the day.

Please post some "Old(s) School pictures.

Cheers,

Sam

My parent's cars - summer 1969. That's my brother Lance between the cars. The white one is now mine!

LOL - My 67 Cutlass Town Sedan - Living the Canadian Dream. Learned to drive in this car, and used as a DD for the first 3 years I had it. This was in the (duh) winter of 1974 when Dad made me park at the front of the house. Garage had 2 72 Cutlasses and a new 73 Chebby Malibu wagon cuddled up inside. Sister had to park her Datsun by the trailer in the back yard.

My 1983 Regency Brougham bought new out of the showroom at Nicholsons Nickel Dome on Argyll Rd. Used to go to the Columbia Icefields early in the winter season before the ski hills opened and ski over the snow filled crevasses. Talk about living dangerously. yup, we camped out too. That shack was just used for cooking in. Had a wood stove but it was open to the wind. Winter 1983.

A fun time with the 85 Calais I ordered from Stedelbauer Chev Olds. Took over 7 months to get built and delivered. When I took delivery they had to paint the hood because it has been scratched in transit. Great little 5 speed with Tech 4, and all the power options I could load into it. Winter of 86.

Our first 72 Cutlass S. Hmmm, someone was pointing the camera only half way down the car....and YIKES!! it's doity.... It was the first of the 2 1972 Cutlass S's we bought. I still have the second one. Fall of 1974.
