The Old Car Graveyard

This is a Mugzilla exclusive . It is an eccentrics private collection ...

Nothing is for sale ...

My photo bucket has all the pics ...

I can post more here but this link should get you there

One guy said I either photoshopped the nomad pic or I was floating 6" in the air ...

I told him it had sunk in the ground 6" ...

Collection

A great bunch of cars there. I'll bet it was great to browse the grounds. Something that many of us love to do.

To bad nothing is for sale. There is a good contingent of Chevrolets there that I would love to explore.

Thanks for posting the pictures. I wish there were more of that sort of thing around here where I live.

Hey Mugzilla,
Thanks, those are some really cool pics, nice photography too.

I'm just a city boy so excuse my ignorance, but what sort of deal is that big white thing behind the green truck in the first pic?

Very cool yard there in California, we have one here 100 acres French Lake auto parts known as Junkyard USA.

First time out there, i wanted to pack a lunch and enjoy the scenery

Your yard out there i'd pack a lunch & supper to boot

Great post!

Imagine all the stories those old cars could tell if they could only talk - all the vacation trips they took, all the Sunday drives, all the trips to the in-laws, the drive-in movies, cruises around town, etc.

You gotta love those old auto graveyards!

Don't sell parts or cars...

Just have a snack stand ...

This is not the main gate, it just stands to the side ...

Okay gotta ask, is that Riv sunk in the ground that far or is it chopped in half? Also love the headers welded on on that caddy, does the exhaust go through 'em? great pics
