Haven't done this yet (I typically do on all other forums I'm involved with) but who is from Ohio? I've noticed in passing there are quite a few members from here, but its nice to put all of that in once spot.

For myself, Urbana-which is kind of between Dayton and Columbus amongst the cornfields.

I live in Ironton Ohio, southeast part of Ohio. I am very close to the most southern tip of Ohio where Oho, Kentucky and West Virginia meet along the Ohio river.

Lived in North Royalton/Cleveland from '99-'04, left for Dallas, then moved back to NR in 2010. It would be a nice addition to this site if there were a location-specific section where we could post what's happening in NEO or Columbus or Cincy, etc. Might make it easier to meet up. I was into Corvettes for a long time, and we always seemed to have local events or tuning get togethers, "mod parties" where we tore things off and put things back on... It would be nice to do that with Oldsmobiles

Ohio, I am not from there, I don’t live there, but I know a lot people that do live there LOL does that count?
Something else I’ve noticed about Ohio, it seems like every 65 442 Club Coupe that turns up is in Ohio lol

Nice '68! Is that Jade Green? If so, that is one of the best photos I have seen of the color.

Thanks, that is one of the best photos I have of the car 1969, BTW, Glade Green Metallic. That's 50 year old paint. I'd call it a twenty footer though.

Never spent any time in Ohio despite living in a neighboring state. Went to a wedding in Dayton this summer. Great people! Wright-Patterson is amazing, good craft beer as well.
Didn’t see any Oldsmobiles.

Been in Defiance, Ohio my whole life. N.W part of the state.
Spent 42 years at the GM foundry here making the blocks, heads, exhaust and intake manifolds, cranks, cams, disc brake calipers and steering knuckles that are in most all of your cars!!!!
LOL

I’m from Dayton, now in southeast Ohio. So excited the 2023 nationals are going to be in my hometown! Guess I’ll be visiting the family.

Reviving the old thread! I am just across the border in Richmond, Indiana. I grew up in Newark and my father's 442 came from Chesrown.

I hope to see many of you in Dayton in August!!

I live in Kettering, Ohio( a suburb of Dayton)! Everyone in my immediate family except me moved to Texas but they all moved back after my father died!

I have a 1972 Cutlass 442 with 455, OAI, turbo 400 with Hurst Dual Gate in Viking Blue! Most all power options and A/C! It was built in Arlington, Texas and drag raced early on in the Houston area!

I’m trying to finish up the restoration but sadly it won’t be ready for the get together! Anyone have a link to the event! I will be there for sure!

Be sure to spend a day or two at the USAF Museum ..... it’s the best free secret in Dayton! Carrillon Park is also a great place to visit and it's only a few blocks from the Marriott! They have an original Wright Flyer there!!
