Ah, the stockings were hung by the chimney with care.
Children all up in bed, hoping St. Nick would soon be there.

The parents all worn out from assembling toys,
all the while hoping sleep would fall on the boys.

The cars were all snug in their winter storage bays,
not a drop of moisture to damage their days.

Good ole St. Nick himself just tuned up his sleigh,
with new plugs and wires from down the way.

Mrs. Claus happy as could be,
now that the sleigh was running like me.

Many a fellow could hear the rockets a blare,
as the sleigh landed on the roof to come down in there.

To leave toys for all the good folk as they please,
with many an Olds fans longing for a new set of keys.

May this Ode find you happy- with good cheer,
Never to forget, our love of cars, and occasionally good beer.
