I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have a room they no longer need?

I doubt anyone who doesn't need a room they've reserved could just hand it to you or anyone. The hotels I'm sure are maintaining waiting lists, and as soon as whoever had this room cancelled, the room would go to the person at the top of the list.

I doubt someone with a room they no longer need could call the hotel and say "I no longer need my room, and I want to give it to so and so." If the hotel allowed this, they would face the possibility of people trying to scalp hotel rooms. Someone could reserve some rooms early on, knowing full well they don't need them all, and then "sell" them to the highest bidders as demand for rooms grows.

 

Just found a room at the Best Western down the road.

 

Best Western is the closest, next exit @ Beechmont Ave/ Rt 125 also will have motels /rooms Also Rt28 in Milford there is a large chain facility(Holiday Inn?) These are all located on our I-275 bypass, minutes from the show

 

I booked the comfort inn across the highway its less than a mile to show field. 109 a night .
