Well how else would you rebuild a shop. You don't go smaller you know.

old 24 x 36 that was a woodshop and not laid out right for cars at all. I've made the best of it for 7 years but after building the 66 frame off with no room around me it was the last straw.

new 42 x 50 with a 20 x 20 carport. I wish I could go 60 ft deep but there is a dang 30 ft easment at the back of my property. There are neighbors that have built well into it but I'm chicken so I will only have a little concrete parking in it. The building stays out just in case.
