My '93 Sunbird looked better with the wing. Also, Fiero's looked "complete" with one.

Exit, stage left...

LOL
The ADDED Hood Scoops are like a chick with a Push Up Bra and Silicone *****,
And the Wing is like padded panties to help her skinny butt show up more

To most (that don't know) they look great, until ...

LOL not many rookie car guys want a flat chested car hood or a car butt without the added Padded Lift Wing accentuating the Butt !

Wow you guys are awsome! what a conversation.
I put the dam spoiler on everyone cutlass 442 i had now that i have seen the light. I wanted to try this car without.
I think i made a mistake all these years.

Took the car out yesterday to test drive my sport mirrors I installed
and no rear spoiler. I think the car looks fantastic! My buddy Mark that sold me my first Oldsmobile was right all these years. It looks so much better without it.

Do you guys like the plate? I bought it locally from an Oldsmobile guy. Also I’m not worried about showing my plate come by and visit anytime.

the Hood fits like crap t

Man, these aftermarket hoods fit terrible my chrome trim I just put on the hood has a lot more fitting to do!
although the driver side always sticks down a little bit from the factory.

That car looks awesome just the way it is. Dark blue is the number one color choice in my opinion and this thing just screams '70's/'80's street car. As far as the hood fitment is concerned, it looks like it may have been stored standing on end for some time which allowed it to bow in the center. Is it all glass or does it have a steel frame?

The Daytona and Superbird rear spoilers did work. Cars have a tendency to lift as air pushes them up from underneath, the spoiler counteracted that.

Most are basically show and for this.

Just Found This: (Everything You Need ...lol Long Write Up)

Dodge Daytona vs. Plymouth Superbird: What you need to know about Mopar’s winged warriors

Wing height was not for decklid clearance

The truth is that the 58-inch-wide, cast-aluminum rear spoilers on these cars were placed so comically high—essentially even with their rooflines—to get into the “clean air,” according to its designer John Pointer. The shape and size of the Daytona’s spoiler was refined using a three-eighths-scale model at Wichita State University’s wind tunnel, while full-size testing took place at Lockheed’s wind tunnel in Georgia. That the spoilers were also high enough to allow the trunks to open fully was simply a stroke of luck. If a lower spoiler worked better aerodynamically, Pointer would have attached it to the decklid in some fashion.
