This is a nice car, but......
I'm not sure if any has started a thread on this car. They list it as a 71 W30 442, but right off the bat I see that it has grille emblems from a 72 as well as the stone shield emblem being off a 72. I'm not too aware of what is correct or incorrect on these cars, so I thought I'd post a link to it here and see what others have to say about it.
I've been looking at it for some time. It's a beautiful car in and out. But just the little thing like the grille emblem being wrong made it stick out and made me wonder what else isn't accurate about the car?
Not that I care. If I had the money to buy a W30, I wouldn't mind having this one whether it was accurate or not. It's a beautiful car that's not outrageously crazy in price.

Yeah, I always struggle with the concept of a "restoration" that has all those non-original parts like the valve covers, T-handle, red sway bar bushings, aftermarket stereo speakers, etc. Wanna bet the car was not born with BOTH nitewatch and hood lock?
