Give it a shot (easy), a CO member created it >>> https://datatagdecoder.com/
Congrats on the pace car. Obviously, Y74 signified the pace car option. Since it's built the 2nd week of April, this isn't going to be on the list of cars sent to Indy for the race as those had earlier build dates.
Lovely piece of paper right there!
April 10, 1970 was a Friday, just making the 2nd week of April: 4B... I would be interested to know the build date from the build sheet...
My car is a December 20 (also a Friday) broadcast date, 12C cowl tag, and day after Christmas build date. Delivered January 7. My father's birthday was January 10... 3 weeks to the day from assembly line to birthday burn!
Did anyone mention we love pics?!?!?
Welcome and enjoy!!
Also note that your body number can be cross checked from cowl tag to broadcast card. You can also cross check the interior and paint/color codes. Documentation matters!!

Well, that's easy enough. Look for a Pace Car around Carlisle that is for sale and see if they have a decoded cowl tag that matches the one above.
It's too bad people can't come on here and just say, hey I'm a flipper and need this info. My guess is the info would come anyway because it's good info to get out and then it's available to just look up. Of course peppered amongst would be contemptuous ridicule and mockery.

What you show is a Fisher Broadcast Card, not a build sheet. The only options on the Broadcast Card are those things that the body had to have when it left Fisher Body. A Lansing build sheet would show all the options, including those installed during assembly in Lansing but unfortunately you're probably not going to find that in a Lansing car
