Can anybody please point me in the right direction if there is nobody on here that can hook me up with a PCV setup for the 1964 rocket 394 for my Dynamic 88

Oh this brings back memories! I bought a 61 Olds 88 while in the Navy in San Diego in 1976. Being in California it had to pass a emissions test. It had no PCV system. A friend of mine had a 69 Plymouth. I borrowed his air cleaner, hoses, PCV valve, etc and put it on the Olds. Got the car tested and we put back both cars as they were. It should be easy to get everything you need to do it.
