Did you contact any of the member of the New Enlgnad Olds Chapter?
I'm looking for a room (to share), Mon and Tues. I am all set the rest of the week.

I know of at least one room that will be freed up but I'm not sure when.

Keep calling the host hotel as things may change daily at this point in time.

I cancelled a room in the Super 8 across the street from the host hotel this morning. A friend who was going with me has a back problem and can't go.
