Have'nt been around for a while. Dealing with alot in life. As some of you may recall a couple years back we went thru this with her getting cancer. Non Hotchkins Limphoma to be exact. Well, she ws doing great for a while. Great in school. Not getting sick. Doing just fine until we went for her last cat scan. It showed a spot by her kidneys. Since then they have been testing. Today, we are at the hospitol to start the treatment over again.

I'm just asking for prayers for her. Her name is Christina. And what makes this even tougher on her is that she just turned 15 on the 24th.

You have my sincerest sympathy. No child should have to go through this, let alone a parent. Hopefully they caught it early and this will be beaten. Keep us posted.

On a more positive note. I had a dear friend who thought he had 3 months. BUT his treatment worked miracles. Here's hoping her threatment is successful

Dennis, nothing but prayers and best thoughts for you, Christina, and the rest of your family. You and she have to be positive. I truly feel that a lot is in your personal resolve. I had cancer in 06 and am now free. My ex had it in 02 and is also free. My son lived 20 years with one kidney that was slowly failing. He had a transplant 9/2012. He was a bag of bones, but after recovery put on 60 lbs., looks fantastic, and is living life to the fullest.
Have faith and good things will come.

Hello everyone and Thank You. A little update. Christina came home today. She finished her first regiment. She's doing ok for now. Upset stomach, pain, nausea, tired, no apetite,the usual. She is in good spirits and glad to be home. She has a long way to go still. We can't exspress enough how grateful we are for the prayers and gifts. With the price of gas and all the driving, it's been real helpfull.
