Need help to remove rocker panel clips...

Need help to remove rocker panel clips...
I am trying to remove the clips that hold the chrome on the rocker panel.this is on my 63 Starfire and also would anyone know where I could get new clips... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
