Check with Ames Performance Engineering. Sometimes they have Pontiac stuff that also works on the equivalent Olds. The Impala vendors may also have this covered. Guessing this is a 64 B-body?

Short of finding a better used one, your only option is to clean the area around the tear thoroughly and try sealing it with RTV. I'd suggest Permatex Ultra Black.

I thought the impalas were the same and i could readily find one. I dropped my tank yesterday to clean it out.

Unlike the A-body cars, the B-body cars of the 60s are completely different from Olds to Chevy to Pontiac to Buick. Virtually nothing interchanges. Chassis is different. Suspension is different. Brakes are different. Steering is different. Rear axles are different. Heck, even wheel bolt pattern is different.

I have had good luck repairing cracked and torn rubber components with 3M black weatherstrip adhesive .
