My Vista Cruiser on My Classic Car.

Dennis Gage interviewed me at Cruising the Coast..
I cant guarantee everything that I told him was 100% correct.

👍

Good stuff, been watching him for years.

I see he needed a moment to recollect malaise era engine sharing ...

Very nice, looks like a fun trip in a cool car.

One of my frat bros had a '67 Vista, not nearly in the shape yours is in. He spray-bombed it dark blue in the front half and dark red in the back half with a yellow lightning bolt on the door splitting the two colors. It was his version of the "Death Mobile". It met its fate one Saturday night when some drunk sped through the "T" intersection at the top of a hill behind our parking lot, came flying down the hill and smashed in the tailgate. He later found a replacement tailgate off a green wagon to keep it road-worthy. Lots of good road trip memories in that car.

Congratulations! That's pretty cool.

What's with the hose clamps on the AC lines? I thought they had to be crimped.

The hose clamps came with a/c kit, they are heavy duty and the hoses fit so tight they might not even need clamps. I put the a/c in the car back in '18 and no leaks yet.
Thanks everyone, it was pretty cool getting mic'ed up for the camara.
