One of the best lines of the entire video is when Jay said " you can only look at so many Camaro's and Mustang's" when I mentioned they were fun cars at a car show.

Erick I watched the entire video. Excellent. I know you are very proud. I am curious why you were not in the car with Jay.

I can see a new reality show in the future, "Keeping Up With The Jensens". Congrats.

Wow this is great, I really enjoyed watching it. Eric you came across very knowledgeable and professional (of course we already knew that). It's apparent Jay was most impressed.

This is awesome. How did this come together? How did Jay find out about the car?

Well, I can't say I totally know myself and for sure confused after him saying I contacted him. There is more to the story than I know and the first call I got, sadly I do not know who it was. I think that person would be able to explain better but I don't know who it was. All I know for sure is that Jay called me 2 weeks after the Olds nationals and wanted to do this video.

That’s great Eric - congrats ! Beautiful car - must have been a great experience for you and your Family. Were you nervous when Jay was out buzzing around in your car solo ? Or when the crew was setting up the cameras on your car ?

Actually, not at all. Jay said he would take it easy on the car and I told him to run it hard and that I built it to drive it

Congrats on finishing the car and getting to appear on Leno's garage. The car came out fantastic. That car is so cool.

So awesome! What was Jay like? I know he's a gearhead but were you able to feel that in your time with him?

For sure he is a gear head and loves to drive anything he can. He truly is just one of us that happens to have a line of work that makes everyone know him and supplies lots of money, lol. My point is that I feel he is one of us first and Hollywood second.

Jay just called me and said it hit 100,000 views much quicker than most of his other videos do. He was very pleased with it as well as I am.
I was glad they left the shout out to Fusick in the video for making the radiator hoses. I wonder if they have seen it yet

Damn, that must of been an excellent experience!! Did he give a tour of his collection? If yes, what of his collection got your adrenaline going?

Haven't had a chance to watch the entire video yet but apparently word is out on the little huffed Oldsmobile! 10k views!👍

Y'all do realize that Turbo-Rocket is no longer our little secret? But that's a good thing. Too many Oldsmobile people know little to nothing about Jetfire.

If they'd only dropped the compression... I think you'd have seen turbocharging take hold long before it did.

How did Leno find out about the Jetfire?

Lovely car and great video. Leno has always impressed me as a genuinely nice guy and a true gearhead.

We had the entire day there. Spent time with the producer and he showed us around for about an hour. After that we were free to just look and go as we pleased. I love the steam cars the best out of all he had. I would be full steam power restorations but they are simply to expensive for me to take on. For the fast cars, I love the Arial Atom and want one really bad. It was parked next to the $20 Million F1 so I did not get to close to the Arial atom much, lol. Got to talk to Jay for a good while in the restoration shop and then later he took the entire family for a ride in the 1907 White Steam car.

Still confused about that. Not ready to share what I know and don't know yet. I want to find out more on this subject. The more I find out the more confused I am. I am starting to suspect that someone had a hand in it that had no connection to Jay. I know it sounds confusing... Hope I can figure it out and share the details later. I never asked Jay but his comment about it in the video just confused me more.

TMI Autotech builds the Atom right down the road from me at Virginia International Raceway complex.
