Mecum Kissimmee

I saw this gem on Mecum's Kissimmee auction site. I think it sold on Sat for 23k Are the '70-'72 W30 stripes the most butchered on the planet or what??

Yea, that would be a good looking car if it didn't have those stripes. Yikes.

They would drive an Olds guy crazy. Funny thing is, car could take a BOS at a Lions show or something, where peeps don't know the difference.

There's a gem 69 442 there as well. It Has a Buick 455. Last year there was about 5 69 H/O's there. All Original but one was so bad when it came up on the Auction block they kept the trunk up all the way to the last second. It was hiding MAJOR body problems. Another had sheet metal on the floors with sheet metal screws poking out underneath by the 100's. Best take a very good look at these cars if your buying.
