May JWO help scanning an article

My car was in the May issue of Journey with Olds. I must get my copy third class by pony express. Could someone please scan the center article and email it to me. It is the gold 1970 442 convertible. Thanks Lee smartpearl1@yahoo.com

Leepear (& others): Brad Bishop (Editor of the JWO) always has the JWO arcitles/pictures/etc to the printer in plenty of time for publication, and the publisher does the same w/the PO. The PO distributes the JWO by bulk zip codes; seemingly the furthest out from main distribution centers get their copies first, for whatever reason their logic. I consistenly get mine later in East Dallas than my friend in Waxahachie gets his. Hope this explanation helps, and you get your JWO quickly. Were I in Dallas, I would scan/send to you, but relaxing on the beach on Bolivar Island for a few days with my son.

No prob Lee. It has Joe Mondello tribute throughout, and not to mention a '68 442 with correct placement of the W-36 stripe and badge in the classifieds.

As far as scanning JWO articles is concerned, if you submitted the article, I would think that Brad Bishop (JWO Editor in Chief) would be willing to generate and send you a PDF of the article.
