Looking for a Olds lic plate frame

I'm looking for a simple, metal license plate frame that say's "1967 OLDSMOBILE"... similar to these Chevy frames. Does anyone offer these? I've searched the web and even been to a couple sway meets... seems there's everything except Olds. I not interested in the cheezy, custom-made frames... I want a metal, vintage style frame. Anyone seen them anywhere?

Ok, I wasn't sure what car you wanted it for, I was actually looking for some for my Delta 88 and could not find any. I got a licence plate for the front that says 1968 Oldsmobile on Ebay, but depending on what state you are in you have to have a regular plate in the front too I guess.

Yep, no front plate will get you a parking ticket here in CA... even if the meters not expired. If I was looking for a front plate, though... I think this ones pretty cool: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-GM-60s-7...#ht_572wt_1185
As far as the plate frame I'm looking for goes, it doesn't look like it's available... I guess there's just not as many classic Oldsmobile's out there as Chevys.

You know Mak, you might try somewhere like the San Jose or Oakland weekend swap meet. I have seen some custom jobs from there before that are not too bad. Just a thought...

Thanks, I'll do that. I recently went to the Goodguys swap meet. They had two different lic plate frame stands, with everthing... except what I was looking for.

Probably still not your first choice but I have some NOS plate frames from a local Olds dealer from back in the day. They are chrome with white lettering and a blue back ground. I think they say "Jim Hannon Olds" at the top. The dealership was in Louisville, KY. Email w70442@hotmail.com if you'd like some pics of them.

Hey Mak, something else I thought of. You can make your own. I forgot until just now but a friend of mine has a Cafe Press store and they sell license plate frames so you might consider creating one, "selling" it to yourself and others that might be interested. All you have to do is sign up for a store account (for free) do the design, and submit it. Turnaround for their products is a couple of weeks and the quality is pretty good. All you need is something like Photoshop and you are good to go. http://www.cafepress.com/+oldsmobile...e-plate-frames

Nah, I'm not looking for the frames with the engraved plastic insert. I want something all metal (like the Chevy frames). I've got a line on a company that does custom metal/painted frames... but I'm still researching it. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Thanks for the offer. If I ever buy a set of black plates, which I'm considering, I'd be in the market for some original Old's dealer frames... but I wouldn't want them on my white plates.
