looking for 83 hurst/olds hood emblem

Boyfriend has an 83 hurst/olds that he's trying to restore. Needs a new "15th Anniversary" hood emblem. The vehicle was previously wrecked. Everything has been fixed except the emblem. Can't seem to find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one? I would greatly appreciate any help I could get. Thank you.

if you do find one-it's going to be crazy expensive. last i heard a New Old Stock piece was going for $500. you might be able to get one from Originality Plus, out in california. bear in mind that his prices can be "off the charts".

Check over on oldspower.com. They're more G-body oriented over there and someone may have one. But, like Bill said, even used ones go for outrageous money.

You're in Indiana. Try Ron's Classic Cutlass in Monticello. Not that he's any better than OP pricewise. "Off the charts" is putting it mildly. Ionospheric is more accurate. (Also known as thermosphere- as in you might get burned upon entry)
