Hey there fellas, I am looking for a nice pair of valve covers. I currently have the edelbrock signature Series. I really like the cast OLDSMOBILE valve covers and I would buy them if they werent 200 dollars +. I am looking for a more Rectangular valve cover rather than the rounded ones like the signature series. I have noticed that these seem to be the only style, are there others? I also like the welded valve cover look.

I have a set of the OLDSMOBILE stamped OEM valve covers (1973/74) I'm not going to use and don't want big bucks for. Unfortunately they are not square. Far as I know the VCs will fit both 455 and 350. I looked at those cast ones on the market and they look nice, but you're right they are pricey. Anyway, if you're interested send me a PM

Allan, Thanks for the interest. I actually have simialr if not the same set off of my 1973 Olds 455. I took those off and put the Edelbrock signature series on. Do they even make a sqaure style for the olds 455? I know of the cast OLDSMOBILE ones but they are so expensive. I also like the Mickey Thompson covers that look like they are powder coated black with an aluminum M/T on them. Any suggestions where to look?
