Lansing street rods
Alas, no camera with me, but I did make it out and down the main drag last night. A few had gathered in the parking lot of the former police station.
5-6 Oldsmobiles in the lot
83-4 H/O
Similar 85-ish 442
67 Delta 4dr
couple of newer Muttstangs
Some Mopars were represented
Couple of Rat Rods- '68 Firebird and 1930's? panel truck
At least a few car enthusiasts have not given up yet. Some of the cars going by sounded pretty strong indeed. I guess I missed a Corvette executing a burnout in the lot? which put a chip in a Mustang's windshield.

I went to a small show in Scottville, Mi, about 75 cars, and I did not bring my camera, but I managed a pic with my cell of this nice '72 U code Supreme. The only other Olds was my buddys '68 442 that we rode up in, and Chris' (MI68442W30) which wasn't entered (nice paint and bodywork).

Good turnout about 3 weeks ago. Got a couple photos, but too dark to get much, and have not getten them onto imageshack yet.
Friday night, 9pm, nobody.
Saturday, late, like 1030 pm, we take the new hot rod down there.... oh my, several dozen vehicles. Nice family atmosphere with lots of kids on hand. No fighting and such. 5-6 Oldsmobiles, 3 of which are 70-72 W30's. '68 442 near-W30... T-bucket with 350 Olds power. 85 442 or similar. Mud trucks with air intake up over the windshield. Some very healthy race car types. Porsche. Corvettes. Sweet 72 Chevy convertible. Numerous motorcycles. Farm truck with beasty exhaust stacks. Rice row. Undercar lighting... A few occasions of motorists enthusiastically yet safely exercising their machines as they go past.
No camera once again.
Evidently you only get the large photo from imageshack if you open it first then rt-click for URL then take that here.
