When I had my restoration done I had the company put in after market guages. Unfortunately, they got power from the fuse block on the BAT terminal so they were pulling a constant drain from the battery. Suggestions on a better spot to pull keyed power from?

 

At the fuse box, look for IG that'll give you power with key on. Hope fully, its not all ready in use.

Yes, the IGN terminal is a switched power supply and should be close to the BAT terminal. If something is already plugged into the IGN terminal, just get a dual spade terminal and you can then plug both things into the IGN port.

 

If your just looking for a keyed source for a volt meter, then splice into the radio power wire.
