Sweet ride, dude!
Sure must me nice to have a car that's together and good weather to go to a show! The car should catch a few eyes, for sure!!
Grab some pics at the show, too.

I'll be there as well if it's dry. It will be my final show before the Nationals in Reno. Changed the look of the car from SSIs and red lines to steel wheels with wire wheel covers and white lines so it matches the original window sticker. Personally, I like the SSIs and red lines much better. The wire wheel covers make it look like an old man's car. Okay, folks - 60 isn't that old yet!

OOOOOOHHHH!! Shiny! Looks great. I love the colors and the fact she is a rag top. The wheels look pretty darn spiffy too. Good luck at the show. Try to relax and enjoy yourself. Careful of the redcups. They have a tendency to make people stumble a bit....

It's the 22nd Annual South Sound 4-4-2 Club Car SHow, July 10, 2011, at Griot's Garage, 3333 South 38th Street in Tacoma. Pack your picnic lunch and bring your 4-4-2/Cutlass. Hours are 10AM-2PM. Registration is only $10. Trophies are awarded for best in class. If it runs, bring it. Also, there is a "trunk" swap meet - bring parts in your trunk to sell or trade.

But be sure to leave enough room in the trunk for all those trophies...

Yeah, its right next to my house, So i was gonna go tonight weather or not anyone else shows up(doesn't appear that anyone else is coming). Looks like it isn't gonna rain, so i'll drive my car.

I'll probably be there around 5:30, if anyone shows I'll hang out for a while.

-------------
I'll have to see about the show sunday... would like to go, but i'll have to get an escape pass from the boss.

Good tip using blue tape on the moldings. I never thought of that.

droptopron, Yes used it to cover the trim and the edges of the related panels to avoid burning any edges

O.K. my Cutlass is still back row in the corner condition but I scrubbed CLR
on the surface rust and it hard to see in the pics but it looks a little better.
Had fun cruising Mrs. Turners tonight in the slightly less rusty Cutlass.
Be fun to meet some members on the 10th
