Interior fender skirts
I have been trying to find the rubber flaps that you attach to the interior fender walls. .They attach to the engine compartment side of the fender . I know they help keep dirt from entering the engine compartment and I beleive they also help with the cooling of the engine.
I can see pre drilled holes that held the flaps and every now and then I see photos of my car showing the flaps.
So are they available, should I make them myself and am I right they help with the cooling of the engine. Sorry for the perry mason questioning but.....I just got to know

USA Parts Supply has the rubber splash aprons sets, they sell the material they're made out of by the square foot too.

I honestly don't know.

The seals in the front around the radiator can effect cooling if they're missing because the air will be forced or pulled through those openings instead of through the radiator.
Fusick also has them along with the fasteners. I need to order a set for the green Starfire.
Good to know USA sells it by foot. I have to make a bumper-to-core support seal for the Hurst/Olds. Who knows why it got cut open before I got the car? I think it had something to do with goofy park and turn signals, since they have been an ongoing PITA since I bought the car.
